Age group
Open to children aged 4 to 10 years from across Scholastic’s Asia markets
Eligible countries / regions
China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Brunei, Vietnam, and Indonesia
Submission Requirements
Only 1 video submission per child
Video length
Maximum 3 minutes
Video Format
MP4 only
Reading material
Any English book published by Scholastic
· Children may read an entire Scholastic picture book or chapter book so long as it is within the 3-minute time limit.
· Alternatively, children can also choose to read a 3-minute excerpt of any Scholastic picture book or chapter book
Video guidelines
· Video frame size - Landscape / Horizontal mode
· Please record in a quiet space to ensure clarity of child’s voice
· No background music when child is reading aloud
